Curriculum Guide

Teachers at TLC follows the curriculum guide prepared by specialist education authorities in London; Curriculum Guide Committee appointed by the Turkish Education Authorities. We also use a text book Teaching Turkish Language which is currently being used by the University of Istanbul. (This book is written by Professor Dr Nihal Nomer Karaman lecturing in University of Istanbul)

Teachers

Our teachers are sent by the Turkish Government to teach at our schools in the UK. They are highly qualified and very friendly. We are always grateful and offer our support for the success of their delivery. They are always ready to talk about your child's progression. You will find that the biggest advice you will get, would be how important it is for you to speak Turkish to your children at home.

Special days

Turkish national days are celebrated in the club.

End of year barbecue

Every year we try to set a barbecue day. This is another event to collect money for the club as well as for the members to get to know each other.
